We will be performing scheduled network maintenance to upgrade our switch infrastructure. During this window, some services may experience brief interruptions. We will work to minimise any impact and restore full service as quickly as possible.

Our upstream network provider will be carrying out planned maintenance to upgrade the connectivity supporting our services.

The work involves migrating from the existing 10Gbps uplink to a new 100Gbps uplink, improving network capacity and future scalability.

A brief interruption to connectivity is expected during the migration. The provider has allocated up to 1 hour for completion and verification.

Customers may experience a temporary loss of connectivity during this maintenance window.
